Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Electronic Partnership Outreach Contract

MSCG facilitates Electronic Partnership Outreach through virtual meetings, podcasts, webinars, and electronic communication, such as postcards and save-the-date announcements, to enhance forums and summits as well as develop and maintain necessary websites i.e. Caregiver Broadcast Registration website and Partner Websites.

Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Center for Beneficiary Choices Part C& D User Calls Contract

The purpose of this contract is to conduct conference calls for plans offering either a stand-alone Prescription Drug Plan (PDPs) or a Medicare Advantage plan. The purpose of user group conference calls is to provide callers with ready access to CMS staff for the purpose of administrating both the Part C & D benefit programs. Both general phone calls and topic specific phone calls are provided.

Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention

The purpose of this contract is to assist the OJJDP Administrator, the Office of Policy Development, the State Relations and Assistance Division, the Child Protection Division and the Demonstration Programs Division and its grantees by providing technical assistance and administrative support in research, program development, evaluation, training, technical assistance and information dissemination.

Delaware Healthnet

Delaware Healthnet is a network of community health centers who serve the underserved in Delaware. MSCG is providing support for the development and implementation of a quality infrastructure to advance the electronic medical record implementation of the network.

U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Diversity Council

MSCG is responsible for providing expert diversity services in the examination of the structure, purpose, mission and goals of the Diversity Council. The contract includes the study of the role and utility of the affinity and special interest groups and the analysis of the relationship of the Diversity Council with key stakeholders including FDA senior level officials, the affinity groups and employees.

Health Resources and Services Administration, Office of Rural Health Policy, Black Lung Clinics Program Technical Assistance Project

MSCG provides technical and consultative assistance to the Black Lung Clinics Program to enhance overall program management and effectiveness supported by the Office of Rural Health Policy. MSCG staff and consultants assisted the Office of Rural Health Policy in meeting the mandates of its functional responsibilities and to achieve the goal of maintaining and strengthening the capacity of grantee organizations.

Health Resources and Services Administration, HIV/AIDS Bureau, National Technical Assistance Contract for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program

MSCG provides technical and consultative assistance to improve the performance of all Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program grantees, and to assist them in areas related to HAB priority areas with the goal of enhancing their performance as federal grantees. Federal priority areas include: revising care systems to meet emerging needs, ensuring access to quality HIV/AIDS care, coordinating Ryan White HIV/AIDS program services with other health care delivery systems and evaluating the impact of Ryan White HIV/AIDS program funds while making needed improvements.

Health Resources and Services Administration, Bureau of Primary Health Care, Technical Assistance for Primary Care Associations and National Organizations Contract

Management Solutions Consulting Group was awarded Primary Care Associations and National Organizations contract in 2007 in partnership with Integrated Work Strategies. The contract consists of 8 Learning Teams which are the Emergency Preparedness, CEO, COO, Quality, Financial Management, Workforce Development, Strengthening CHCs and Partnerships and Communication. The purpose is to provide skills building, organizational development, quality improvement and technical assistance services to state and regional primary care associations and national cooperative agreements.

Health Resources and Services Administration, Office of Rural Health Policy, Small Health Care Provider QI Program Contract

MSCG provides technical assistance to rural health care providers on the Chronic Care Model concepts to enhance chronic disease management in rural health care provider settings as a means to improve health outcomes.

Health Resources and Services Administration, Bureau of Primary Health Care, Expert Consultant Technical Assistance and Training Support for the Bureau of Primary Health Care Contract

MSCG provides supplemental expert assistance and support to HRSA’s Bureau of Primary Health Care grantees and HRSA/BPHC Federal staff in a range of areas by providing technical and consultative assistance in the form of on-site visits, document reviews and/or video/phone consultation to new and existing HRSA/BPHC grantees. Strategic management and training support to BPHC staff to improve organizational effectiveness and enhance the delivery of primary care services is also provided.

Health Resources and Services Administration, Center for Quality, Core Clinical Measures Contract

MSCG is responsible for planning, designing and developing a web-based toolkit of TA resources, guidelines, samples and templates to aid grantees in the implementation of HRSA’s Clinical Core Measures and related quality improvement activities.

Health Resources and Services Administration, Bureau of Primary Health Care, Technical Assistance to Support New Start Program Grantees

MSCG provided contract management support and on-site technical assistance to newly funded or expanded consolidated health centers and other primary care providers. Primary contract activities include maintaining a roster of more than 100 consultant experts, developing technical assistance protocols, developing consultant training programs, monitoring the technical assistance process and providing logistical and financial oversight for the technical assistance visits.

Health Resources and Services Administration, Bureau of Health Professions, National Health Service Corps Technical Assistance Management Support

MSCG provided contract management support and technical assistance to the National Health Service Corps staff, providers and sites. Technical assistance is designed to assist the sites in operational management to improve the delivery of health care services to underserved and special needs populations.

Mid-Atlantic Association of Community Health Centers

MSCG provided consulting services to MACHC on developing the association’s clinical capacity building infrastructure by engaging Medical Directors and other Senior Clinical Staff in Quality Improvement activities via the development of a Clinical Strategic Plan and Clinical Advisory Board who will lead Quality Improvement efforts.

Osceola County Health Department

MSCG provide financial management support to the Osceola County network of clinics to improve their individual operations and enhance overall sustainability. Activities include budgeting and financial forecasting, optimizing primary care performance and project communications.

U. S. Department of Agriculture, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights

MSCG supports the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights by processing all pending and incoming conflict complaints, as well as conducting Equal Employment Counseling, investigations of EEO complaints, final agency decisions and providing alternative dispute resolution services.
