Emergency Planning and Response

MSCG develops emergency response plans that include assigning responsibilities to organizational units and individuals for carrying out specific actions at project times and places in an emergency or disaster.  MSCG identifies resources required to protect the organization, develops activation criteria and communication tools, and controls that match the organization’s budget, timing and cultural requirements, and establishes strategic leadership guidelines for organizing and managing the organization’s Command Center.
